The Challenge
AIA is the holding company for the three leading brands in the surety industry, Associated Bond, International Fidelity, and Allegheny Casualty. Management wanted to better understand the value of the three individual brands as well as better understand how they all fit together as AIA. Additionally, they needed assistance in communicating AIA's role and overall story to its new account directors.
What We Did
- Conducted internal brand work session with key management
- Developed a positioning and communications strategy for AIA
- Developed a new look and feel for the company and implemented it into a collateral system, including a new corporate folder and brochure
- Conducted brand training with all account directors
Results
- New positioning and marketing materials has helped further expand AIA's market dominance, as well as clearly communicate the AIA story
- Management has embraced the new positioning and communications strategy
- Account Directors (Sales) are more prepared with better branded materials, and a more consistent message for prospective agents
