The Challenge
Develop a new identity, positioning and integrated marketing plan for San Jos� State's new state of the art student housing facility to generate awareness, and fill over 2,400 beds.
What We Did
- Conducted detailed brand assessment, including both qualitative and quantitative research
- Developed brand positioning, messaging strategy, website and visual identity for the new residential facility
- Created partner marketing program to link local business with the new facility and its incoming residents
- Implemented high impact marketing events and guerrilla marketing campaign to attract high school and university students to Campus Village
Results
THUNDER FACTORY has blown past its goals every step of the way, and anticipates 100% occupancy for SJSU's Campus Village by opening day in August 2005. |
