Building ValleyCrest's Business
Overview: Since 1949, ValleyCrest has designed, built, maintained and beautified some of America's most distinctive landscapes. From private homes to office parks to five star hotels, ValleyCrest is the leading full-service design and build landscape company in the nation.

Business Challenge: ValleyCrest was looking to expand their target audience and create and launch a new residential design and build landscape business. As an alternative to the company's existing high-end residential business, this new middle-market business would focus on people looking to spend a more moderate amount on landscaping services. The new company, Homescapes, was going to be sold through Costco. ValleyCrest was looking for assistance in identifying, developing and executing an integrated marketing program to support and complement the Costco program.

Solution: THUNDER FACTORY created a new logo for HomeScapes as well as a new website to leverage some of the beautiful and vibrant landscape projects that ValleyCrest had recently completed. An online marketing program and direct mail campaign were developed to drive prospects to the website, and drive sales for the new business.

Results: Currently, the online and direct campaigns have out performed the Costco in-store results.
